The Team

Rev. Dr. Clint Schnekloth is GSLC’s pastor. Clint earned a Master’s of Divinity at Luther Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry at Fuller Theological Seminary. Clint is the author of Mediating Faith: Faith Formation in a Trans-Media Era and of Lutheran Confessions“reflections from a progressive Lutheran pastor in the South.” Previously, Clint served as pastor of East Koshkonong Lutheran Church in Cambridge, Wisconsin; as an ELCA global missionary in Kosice, Slovakia; as camp director of Camp Shalom in Maquoketa, Iowa, and other youth minister/camp counselor roles.

Pastor Clint is founder and board chair of Canopy NWA, a refugee resettlement agency, a regular columnist for the Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette religion section, and a frequent guest on KUAF 91.3 FM NPR’s news magazine “Ozarks at Large.”

Pastor Clint lives in East Fayetteville with his wife and three children and rejoices in pastoral ministry. Feel free to contact him as a spiritual resource for weddings, teaching, and counsel or just for conversation and coffee.


Albious Latior is GSLC’s Ozark Atolls Program Director. A proud Marshallese who moved to NWA in 1997, Albious first became a community activist in junior high when he was elected Marshallese Independence Day Secretary. Northwest Arkansas Community College hired him as a mentor the summer following his graduation from Springdale High School, and he has partnered with many NWA nonprofits to help NWA's Marshallese community ever since. Albious began his partnership with GSLC in 2020 as Marshallese Covid-19 Outreach Coordinator.

Albious is currently a Marshall Islands Parliament senate seat candidate. With over 20 years of leadership experience, Albious says, “It is the right time to run and represent my home island.”


Jessica McClard is GSLC Administrator. She has been a member of GSLC for 20 years and is grateful for the opportunity to serve as its administrator. Jessica is founder of the mini pantry movement, begun on May 12, 2016, when she launched the Little Free Pantry Pilot at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. Since then, she’s worked to grow this global movement of neighbors feeding neighbors.

Jessica has two grown children, Grier and Charly. She lives with Charly and a dog in South Fayetteville, where you might see her running or browsing Little Free Libraries.
